FREE Hoarding Support Service - A monthly meeting with Tea & Coffee where service users can find friendly and supportive help, FREE advice, signposting to other services - Particularly for those struggling with excessive saving tendencies and inability to discard effectively. - People living in an extremely cluttered home - Clients who have previously received support are welcome Each month we will take a bite-sized topic around hoarding recovery such as: - Why we hoard - How we can motivate ourselves to change - How we can reduce our acquiring - How we can make decisions around discarding - Goal setting - Relapse prevention - Mindset - Physical and emotional wellbeing - Service providers that can assist you in your recovery Together we will build a PATH: Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope
