An online, self-paced course with reading materials and short videos. Participants can work through the steps in their own time, learning more about Extreme Disorganisation, Hoarding Disorder and Diogenes Disorder (extreme squalor) - Do you struggle with over-buying and have you filled up every available space in your house? - Do you have trouble with throwing out items like food packet wrappers, empty drinks cans and items that others would consider trash? - Have you inherited items after the passing of a family member, or had to downsize from a larger home after a family breakup or due to moving into a retirement property? This course takes you on a process of self-discovery, at a general overview level to help you understand more about your situation. You cannot start thinking about decluttering and organising when you don't have strategies in place to deal with the anxiety and negative emotions that will arise if you attempt to do the decluttering. Others simply don't understand YOU. Others focus on the items they feel you should be throwing out of your home. This causes anxiety, fear, panic attacks, arguments with loved ones or those trying to help.
